PURPOSE
The purpose of this organization shall be the encouragement of organized rifle, shotgun and pistol shooting among citizens of the United States resident in our community, with a view toward a better knowledge on the part of such citizens of the safe handling and proper care of firearms, as well as improved marksmanship. It shall be our further object and purpose to promote the development of the characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, self-discipline, team play and self-reliance, which are the essentials of good sportsmanship and the foundation of true patriotism.

Club will be shooting clays the 3rd Sunday @ 1pm of each month. Also
4th Friday of each month starting around dark. Cost will be $5 for 25  birds.

The new 100 yard range will be for Police only until further notice.
Steel targets are no longer allowed on the 300 yard range for now. . All target stands must
be put back in buildings provided. We have a big problem with iron and wood targets just left for the training Dept to clean up on Monday when they return.

We will leave the range as we find it or better.

New this year.
All renewals will have to attend a safety meeting and walk. No exception.

1. After Nov 4. Renewal will only be done on the second Sunday of each month at 1pm. Groups will not exceed 5 people for each safety meeting and walk.
2. After Jan 31st your membership spot will be open to new members.
3. New membership will be accepted after Jan 1, 2013. On the second Sunday each month at 1pm, until membership is full. Then it will be posted here. There is no reason to call. You must simple show up. “Meridian Shooting Club reserves the right to refuse memberships”.
4. If you do not have your “ONE” work day in this year dues will be $150. We will be planning more work days to accommodate this. Exception will be made for health reasons.
